A: As a nail stylist, appointments are essential. Unfortunately, appointments are often cancelled
or result in a no-show. Deposits keep everyone accountable. They secure your appointment and place
a value on my time.

Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: No, they are not. We do understand that emergencies happen, in the event you are unable to make
your appointment please contact the studio within 24 hours of your appointment. You are allowed 1
reschedule per deposit.

Q: How long does an appointment take?
A: Our goal is to provide high-quality nail services as well as a VIP experience while in our
studio. The average appointment can range from 2-4 hours. This is only an estimation as each
service is customized.
