TERMS & POLICIES

This is an appointment only facility. All appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.  We are unable to accommodate “same-day” or “walk-in” appointments. Before you book your appointment, please familiarize yourself with the information below. 

PRICES & PAYMENTS

  • All nail services are à la carte. Please keep in mind that the final cost is determined upon your choice of service, technique and style. Please understand that everyone’s hands and fingers are shaped differently; therefore, what you may see on others or on the business page may not look the same on you.
  • The remainder of your balance will be due upon receipt of service(s). Forms of payments accepted: Cash, Credit Cards, and Zelle ONLY. *ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL!*

APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS, & CANCELLATIONS

  • Existing clients only* If your last appointment was more than 4 weeks ago, you are no longer eligible to book for a “Fill in” You must book a “Full Set”.
  • A 50% deposit for all services over $45 are required in order to secure your appointment and are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. The amount paid will be credited towards your final balance. Once services are rendered The Nail Studio by Mskreativekay DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!
  • All service booked less than $45 will be sent an invoice which needs to be paid in full in order to secure the appointment. *Please note if invoice is not paid the appointment will be canceled *
  • If you are unable to make your appointment please contact the studio within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Only 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit. For cancelations made after the 24-hour window the deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the selected service will be charged to the card used at booking.
  • There is a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposited forfeited.  In the event you are running late please contact the studio prior to your appointment time at 516-283-2033.
  • The Nail Studio by Mskreativekay Inc. enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any “no-shows or late cancellations”. Please note that you may be considered a “no-show” if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. 
  • In the event of a “no call/no show” a 100% of the selected service will be charged to the card used at booking. You will not be permitted to book any future appointments.
  • A confirmation email/text with detailed information will be sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • A appointment reminder email/text with detailed information will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • We do not work behind others. You must arrive with natural nails or if you do need to soak-off, click the “add-on to service” for a soak-off at the time of booking. *Please be advised if you arrive to your scheduled appointment with nails that need to be soaked off without adding the service prior your appointment your service will be canceled.
  • To ensure the health of your nail beds do not rip, use a Metro card, or tear off acrylic or gel. If there are any open wounds or tears, we will be unable to service you. 
  • Pedicure services: Do not shave or wax legs less than 24 hours, have any open wounds, or broken skin, etc. prior to your service.
  • Our goal is to provide high-quality service. In the event a repair is needed please contact the studio within 24 hours of your service. 
  • After the 24 hours grace the client is fully responsible for any nail repairs.
  • Children are not allowed unless being serviced.
  • No extra guest or food are allowed in the studio. If you arrive to your appointment with any extra guest or children your appointment will be canceled

  • Please text 516-724-5067 upon your arrival to notify The Nail Studio before entering the facility.
  • Masks are now optional *subject to change*
  • Please wash your hands thoroughly each time you enter the studio.

To ensure the safety of all please reschedule or cancel your appointment in the event of the following:

  • Experiencing any flu-like symptoms
  • Exposure to Covid-19
  • Tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days

In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for its employees and clientele this studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to clients. Service may be denied to any client who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a client’s behavior or environment threatens the safety of the studios employees or other clients.
